Summary
Customer notifications doesn't follow the User Profile. It remains in English no matter what language the profile or JIRA is in
Steps to Reproduce
- Install JIRA for Service desk, set up Outgoing Mail and create a new SD project
- Create a normal user
- Log in as this user and change the profile to another language (eg. French)
- As this user, create a request via Customer Portal
Expected Results
- This user receives an email in French (or whichever language they configured)
Actual Results
- The user will receive an email in English
Notes
- In JIRA 6, the email will be based on the language of the user profile
