Summary
Automation does not work when the action in 'Then' box have to perform transition issue
Steps to reproduce
- Navigate to Service Desk Automation
- Add New Rule -> Custom role
- Add Issue Created trigger in 'When' box
- Add Issue matches in 'IF' box
- Add any Transition Issue in the 'THEN' box
Expected Result
If the newly issue created matches with the 'IF' box condition, the transition should be triggered.
Actual Result
The transition does not trigger.
