      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We would like to add more operations under the "You can" section of the Customer Portal. For instance, we want to add operations that would allow the Customer to "Escalate" the issue.
