      Atlassian Update - October 2023

      Hi Everyone,

Thank you for raising your feedback on this feature.

We have released Forms as a native feature that presents a wide range of options like checklists, dynamic fields, conditional sections, etc. This combined with automation makes this request obsolete. More information can be found in Use forms in Jira Service Management.

With that, we're closing this ticket and if you have additional suggestions/questions, please let us know by commenting on this ticket or, raising a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com.

Best way to describe is this...

      1. Make the "Summary" a hidden field and set it as "New Employee: $1"
      2. A field (I have no idea where it would go) would map to $1 when submitted.

The issue would then be set to "New Employee: XYZ". It could do more than one replacement... e.g. "Promotion: $1 to $2".
