Hi,
My problem is that the admin has to invite customers, agents cannot. We do not have public sign-up enabled because we use SD with partners only and need to control who signs up as a customer.
So either:
- allow agents to create customers
or - have an approval process on public sign-up
Either one of these would make sign-up more efficient.
