Problem Definition
Some organisations have high number of JIRA Service Desks projects and this number is growing.
There is a lot of text on that page, and to a user who is not super comfortable in the environment (often the people who are seeing support) it can be a little intimidating. The icon represents a point of reference or a "brand" a user can look for when they visit the desk.
There are many users raising tickets in the wrong JIRA Service Desk project. So this change might compound that issue.
When organisation has many SD projects, icons make it much quicker to find the right one
