Hi Everyone,
Thank you for previously raising this feature request and bringing it to our attention.
Within our company roadmap and work capacity, we try to address or review each feature request but admit that not each one will be implemented. To continue the culture of being honest and open, we are closing this ticket to focus on our upcoming roadmap for all Jira Service Management Cloud users. Customer type users in JIRA Service Desk have a different profile and profile settings than the other users within JIRA.
The "My Changes" section for customer users is not available and as such, can not be changed by them in case they do or do not want to receive notifications triggered by them self.
Can this functionality get added to enable users to reduce the amount of notifications they receive.
