Hi Everyone,
Thank you for raising your feedback on this feature.
We have released an updated Jira Service Management Customer Portal Issue view where the Request Details are now displayed on the top before comments which makes this request obsolete.

Currently in Service Desk, the portal shows the comments first and at the bottom the original request details.
As a Service Desk user I would like to have the request details first instead of the comments, like in the JIRA Issue view screen.
