At the moment, Notification Helper only checks the applicable Notification Scheme to verify if a user would receive a notification about a specific event.
It doesn't account, though, for Service Desk customer accounts, which can't receive base JIRA notifications.
It would be handy if the helper checked the account type, and, if it's a Service Desk customer, pointed out that this user will only receive Service Desk notifications.
