Issue Summary

The "Count of Work Items" metric under Jira (not Jira Service Management) is not returning correct information, or it appears to work initially but returns no data after a page refresh.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Assets → Dashboards
2. Create or edit a widget using the "Count of Work Items" metric under "Jira" (not "Jira Service Management")
3. Configure group by: Work item creation date → Segment by: Work type
4. Filters → Work item creation date: Past X months

Expected Results

The widget should consistently return accurate data.

Actual Results

No data is being displayed, or in some instances, the widget is returning data, but after a page refresh, the widget fails to display the previously shown information.

Workaround

Use the "Count of Work Items" under Jira Service Management source.
