Change text edit box of the introduction text field to rich text editor

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Under the Settings of a service desk, Portal setting, you will have the option to set the Customer Portal name and an optional Introduction text.
      The Introduction text field appears to be accepting most rich text formats such as linking, code blocks etc.
      Can the edit box of the Introduction text section get changed to use the Rich text editor, to emphasize to users they have more options available than just plain text entries?
