Issue Summary

Some JSM Portal Sites are still using RECAPTCHA v1beta, which has been deprecated. 

This is showing an message stating this.  

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a Site where this is happening, open a portal link + choose a form to raise a ticket 
2. Notice message on bottom-right corner:
   
   

Expected Results

For Sites to be using a later version of reCAPTCHA and this not to be showing.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
