      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      In JIRA Service Desk, we would like to be able to customize email sent when an issue is created.

      Sort of similar to the customization afforded in JIRA by modifying the velocity template.
