      Issue Summary

      Cannot access global on-call schedules from Operations > On-call schedules (button greyed out with permission error), but works from Operations > General configuration > On-call schedules

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Operations > On-call schedules in the sidebar.
      2. Locate a global on-call schedule in the list.
      3. Attempt to click the View schedule button.

      Expected Results

      • The View schedule button should be clickable for users with sufficient permissions (Product admin or Operations global admin).
      • User should be able to view the schedule details.

      Actual Results

      • The View schedule button is greyed out.
      • Tooltip/message: “You don’t have permission to view team’s operations.”

      Workaround

      Accessing the same schedule via Operations > General configuration > On-call schedules works as expected.
