      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      SLA fields created by Service Desk are marked as managed fields, as a result admins can't delete these fields even if not associated to any time metric.

      Provide a way to remove these from the system.
