Issue Summary
Trying to add already existing users to a Customer Organization results in No option.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure that a user (JSM customer) is present in your org.
- Navigate to https://<your-site>.atlassian.net/jira/settings/products/servicedesk/organizations/ and select one organization
- Select 'Add customers', then a modal opens up, so search for the existing user in your org by their email address
- It shows the customer's email address momentarily, but it will show No option.
Expected Results
- It should show the customer's email address as long as the user being added is in the org.
Workaround
- Immediately after entering customer's email address on the modal, hit enter.
- Select [Add customers] button.
