Problem

When admin made changes on help center announcement and save changes, it is not immediately reflected on Help Center.
Upon saving the changes, it looks like the change is reflected, but once the page is refreshed, the change gets reverted back to the original. After a while (~30mins), the change finally gets reflected.
This was not the case before. Since admin updates announcement that needs immediate attention from users, this behavior affects the users significantly.

Suggested Solution

Improve the reflection time of the announcement changes on Help Center.

Why this is important

Help center announcement needs to address urgent matter such as incident information, and it needs to be immediately available for the users visiting the help center.
The changes on announcement have to be reflected on help center without delays.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround. Users have to wait for it to be reflected for about 30+ mins
