Issue Summary
While trying to invite customers from an approved domain the following error message is thrown:
1 customer couldn't be added
We couldn’t add the following customers:
emailaddress@domain.com (Signup is not currently available.)
Please check the email addresses and try again.
This happens in projects missing the Create issues permission assigned to Service Project Customer - Portal Access.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to your service project permissions and remove the Service Project Customer - Portal Access role from the Create issues permission.
- Go to the project's customers page and try inviting an email address from an approved domain.
Expected Results
The customer should be successfully invited to the project.
Actual Results
The following error message pops up:
Workaround
Update the project's permission granting Service Project Customer - Portal Access the ability to Create Issues.
