Issue Summary

In the Jira new navigation, comment field is too small limiting the visibility of long comments including large images or text content.  Also the AI feature popup is truncated most of the time. It creates difficulty in typing as well as doesn't provide a whole preview of the comment added to the comment box unlike the Old Jira nav comment field

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira ticket
2. Add a long comment with large size image added to the comment box.

Expected Results

The comment box should be expandable as per the size of the comment or should have a preview option to display the draft added to the comment box.

Actual Results

Comment box size doesn't changes which makes it difficult to see the complete comment added within the box. Also, AI option is at the bottom of the box so the user needs to scroll down to check for that option.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
