Issue Summary

When adding a comment in draft/edit mode covering the screen it'll restrict the visibility of other comments in Jira tickets. And in some cases, the other comments won't be visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira ticket
2. Add multiple comments to the ticket
3. Now, add a comment covering the screen area and try to scroll down to see the other comments

Expected Results

After scrolling the comment, you should be able to view the details of the additional comments.

Actual Results

If the draft comment is large it'll not allow the additional tickets comments to be visible while scrolling.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
