Current State:
Currently, Org admins, Jira product admins, and Operations Global admins can update users' notification alert settings or contact information in Operations.
The customer wishes that we extend this capability to users with the team admin role in operations.
Proposed Future State:
Users with Team admin roles have the ability to view and update other users' alert notification settings
