The admin should have the capability to manage agent contact details, such as SMS, email, and phone numbers, for alert notifications in OG-Consolidation (JSM/O)/JSM operations

      In the Bundled OG/Standalone OG, an admin has the capability to view/add contact details such as telephone numbers and email addresses, send SMS, and even set notification rules for agents.

      However, I am currently unable to locate these features within JSM Operations, admin can't set or view the alert notification method and rules for other users.

      This is not currently possible to view or edit via UI or API.
