Issue Summary

The approval step in loop-back transition doesn't disappear when the ticket is approved. Ideally when the ticket is approved once, it shouldn't created a new approval within the loop back transition.

• Triggering an approval again and again within the self-transition causing a loop and  the approval button keeps prompting for approval/rejection
• This behaviour is caused as part of this bug fix: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-14636

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a self-transition for a status within workflow with approval
2. Move the ticket to that status
3. Approval pops up
4. Once approved, another approval will be created

Suggestion:

• Ideally the approval process in loop-back transition should also work same as the approval step in other type transition

OR

• Provide an option to disable this feature within the self-transition.
