Issue Summary
On the JSM cloud, when you have approval and add a loopback for approve/decline, the approval button does not show up again to process the request.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a workflow.
- Add loop-back approval to the same status.
- Move the ticket using the loop-back transition.
Expected Results
The ticket should start showing the Approve/Decline button
Actual Results
A ticket gets transitioned to the same status. However, the Approve/Decline button do not show.
Workaround
Move the ticket to a temporary status and move it back to the Approval status again.
