Issue Summary
Users are unable to add widget even when they have Administrators role and the Customer access is set to Anonymous.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Project Settings -> Channels -> Select Widget
- Try making the configuration changes and Saving the widget.
Expected Results
Widget is enabled
Actual Results
HAR logs for the issue:

The below exception is thrown in the UI:
We can't save the Widget right now. Try again in a little while.
Workaround
In some cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the widget helps. Raise a support ticket with Atlassian to implement the workaround.
