Saving/Enabling a widget results in error "We can't save the Widget right now. Try again in a little while."

      Issue Summary

      Users are unable to add widget even when they have Administrators role and the Customer access is set to Anonymous.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Project Settings -> Channels -> Select Widget
      2. Try making the configuration changes and Saving the widget.

      Expected Results

      Widget is enabled

      Actual Results

      HAR logs for the issue:

      The below exception is thrown in the UI:

      We can't save the Widget right now. Try again in a little while.

      Workaround

      In some cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the widget helps. Raise a support ticket with Atlassian to implement the workaround.
