Special characters on KB articles are not rendered in JSM Reports

      Issue Summary

      Special characters such as á, é, è, are not rendered properly when checking Reports of Requests Deflected.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have KB articles with special characters on the title
      2. Check the Reports > Requests deflected
      3. Check any specified date/time and see the article title.

      Expected Results

      The title should render the special characters correctly, which is this:
