Issue Summary

When a work item is accessed directly, the values under the 'Customer' tab are clickable links but when accessed via a search or filter, they show up as plain text.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Jira Service Management work item.
- Populate the Customer and Organization fields.
- Access the Work item via a search or filter.
Expected Results
The Customer and Organisation values should be clickable links.
Actual Results
The Customer and Organisation values show up as plain text.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
