      Unable to upload image via link in canned response

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a ticket/work item > Canned response > Edit
      2. Try uploading an image through the link, no Insert button to click.
      3. Use /image > Link > Insert > No results

      Expected Results

      The image should be inserted in the response

      Actual Results

      No attachment of an image to the canned response

      Workaround

      Use the upload button to insert the image
