Issue Summary
When we try to find request type using its complete name, nothing is found, not even when using double quotes:


Search sometimes works if we use first word of request type name:

Using the first word of request type name won't work though if there are multiple Request Types using the same word. Example:


Steps to Reproduce
- Access JSM portal
- Try to find a request type (typing its complete name) which has at least 2 elements in its name such as, for example, "Mobile Assistance"
- No results are found
- When using only Mobile, the request type is shown as option. This won't be shown though if you have multiple request types which name contains "Mobile". In this case, only some of the request types which include Mobile word will be shown.
Expected Results
When using complete request type, we should get results.
Actual Results
When using complete request type, nothing is found.
Workaround
No workaround for now.
