Hello, as mentioned on the title, Service Desk portal search does not find obvious search requests.
For example, if a request is named Request new email and you rephrase it to Email new Request, it doesn't produce the same result, even if the same words are used.

Second example: I can type in two simple words. Of the three request types it suggests, two of them have neither of the two words in the title, help text, or any fields. However, one of the other request types that has both of those words in its title does not show up. (example given in this question )

Another issue is that the default portal does not show the whole description of a request type (if you have multiple lines it shows up to a point) also, Wiki Markup used in the description shows as plain text ( ** for bold show as an actual * not bold text)

Can you please fix that? For the first issue maybe giving the option to add keywords would help.

Completely agree.  We have a form creatively titled "Server Request"  If you search 'server' it doesn't come up.  If you search 'request' it's the top hit.  (And this is Cloud)

We noticed the same issue, and it's becoming increasingly serious as we add new service requests to the portal.

I'm surprised there has been no action, or further comments on this issue.  I find it odd that there isn't a keyword field in form setup, just for search purposes.

Also, the search results should show the form description.

This is for Server , but I assume the same thing happens in the cloud version as well.
