Display cross-site Confluence knowledge base articles in Jira request forms, issue view and HC topics

      Issue Summary

      With the completion of JSDCLOUD-8335, the cross-site Confluence instances can be used in JSM for KnowledgeBase purpose. However, there are certain limitations as far as KB article suggestion is concerned with this approach, as mentioned below:

      • KB articles are not suggested when the user types the keywords in the summary field of the request form
      • KB articles are not suggested to agents in issue view
      • KB articles are not suggested in HC topics
      • Knowledge Base Categories cannot be created for cross‑site Confluence spaces.

      What is required?

      Provide the same functionality as we have when we connect the KnowledgeBase from Confluence on the same site where JSM is added.
