Issue Summary
Created and updated dates are incorrectly displayed as 'Tomorrow' even though the ticket is created today.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to Customer Portal
2. Try to file a ticket in the portal
3. Go to the Requests page, and notice that the created date is showing as tomorrow, even though the ticket is created today.
Expected Results
The ticket filed today should reflect as "Today" instead of "Tomorrow"
Actual Results
Notice that the created and updated dates are shown as tomorrow, when the request was created Today(problem seen with both portal-only and AA accounts).
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
