Issue Summary
When user approves an issue, it creates duplicate records where one of the has no "Complete Date". This causes a problem where these work items still showing up in the portal under "Waiting for my Approval" filter. This issue is intermittent and can happen to any work items
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a project and configure the approval with "User picker" field
- Create a work item > fill the "User picker" field
- Transition it to the status that has Approval
- Approve it
Expected Results
The work item is transitioned and it creates a single record.
Actual Results
It creates duplicate records in the database; causing the resolved work item still show up in Portal
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
