Problem Definition

Intermittently , when approver already completed the approval steps by approved the issue , the issue still shown in "Waiting for approval" request queue as if it still pending.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue in JSM with approval status
2. Approve the issue

Expected Results

The issue has transitioned and no longer displays in the "Waiting for approval" request queue. Approval is not pending from the approver.

Actual Results

Issue transitioned, however it still show in "Waiting for approval" request queue as if it is still pending.

Workaround

No workaround.

Other Notes

• This bug could also cause Closed/Resolved work items still show up in portal under "Waiting for my approval"
