Issue Summary
When Confluence space view permision was set to "Anonymous" directly from space permission instead of Knowledge Based "Who can view" setting, it caused the AI Answers doesn't work through Slack. Even by removing the permission setting from Confluence and set the Knowledge based view permission to "Anyone" , AI Answers failed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Link JSM project to a space
- Configure VA with Slack
- Set the linked Confluence Space view permission to "Anonymous".
- Then , change the Knowledge Based "Who can view" permission from Anyone to "Only Confluence Users" . Then , change it back to "Anyone"
- Test ask query that matched with the article in Slack.
Expected Results
The query is responded by AI Answer in Slack
Actual Results
AI Answers doesn't work through Slack
