      • As a JIRA SysAdmin I should be able to upload any image as a customer portal logo for a project (aui-avatar-project). The default styling should be replaced by my custom logo. The V 2.3.3 default grey circle is a No-Go

This needs to be fixed so we can adjust/remove the insane amount of padding that's plaguing JSD.

Our entire department wants this feature. Like William Wallace said, Freeeedom!!!

It's been almost 10 years since this opened and we will never give up!

Is is year 2024 and i believe we now have technology to implement this.

Even styling options from this commenting box would be better then nothing.

It occurs to me that implementing this would also allow us to hide elements, enabling workarounds for issues such as JSDCLOUD-7998.

At least give us the option to make a table full width in Jira Service Management forms. Everything gets scrunched when adding more columns for a form.

Do we know if and when this feature is going to be enabled for the Service Desk? This would be really beneficial for us to be able to tweak the css to hide elements, buttons etc.

My company would also benefit from custom CSS in the Service Desk. Specially in the custom portals, where we are most worried about the look and feel.

The ability to adjust CSS would be extremely useful for us - we have some people with visual impairments and we could really do with being able to change the most mundane of things e.g. colours
