Issue Summary
Unlike on-premise installations, Jira Service Management [CLOUD] doesn't show the email addresses of portal customers in their profile card.
Steps to Reproduce
Compare these steps in cloud and on-premise
- Open an issue reported by a JSM customer
- Hover over the reporter name to bring up their Profile card
- Check if the profile card displays their email address
Expected Results
The email address should be visible in the profile for both server and cloud

The email address isn't visible in the profile in the cloud

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
