      Current State:

      When updating a ticket on JSM Chat in Microsoft Teams after it has been created, 'Reply' and 'Upload attachment' are separate actions and cannot be performed simultaneously.

      Proposed Future State:

      I would like a feature that allows attaching files at the same time as replying.
