Problem

When the user mouse over in the request creation time, the date time shown uses GMT timezone rather than the user's timezone preference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the JSM Help Center / Portal
2. Create a new request
3. Open the new request in the Portal
4. Mouse over the date shown in the header.
   1. "<user> raised this on <date>"

Expected Results

Show the date time using the user's timezone preference.

Actual Results

The date time shown uses GMT+0

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
