      Ability to unselect Select List value on request in Customer Portal Create

      Problem Statement

      Currently, on Customer Portal, when customers raise a request, they cannot unselect or reset the value they selected. In other words, once they selected something, they cannot leave it empty unless they refresh the whole page, which will reset all the values entered in other fields.

      Suggested Solution

      Let customers unselect or rest what they have selected without having to reset the whole page.
