Assets External Import: When Objects have a broken object reference, External Imports treat the object as identical leading to a failure to update.

      Issue Summary

      Due to this bug: Assets Quick Create Object: whitespace only name results in broken object references an Object can have broken Object References in its Object Attributes. When an External Import is performed on such an Object, the Object fails to update and is listed as "Identical" for that value, even when it is changed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an Object with a Broken Object Reference (such as through JSDCLOUD-16452)
      2. Attempt an External Import to clear that Object's Object Attribute Value

      Expected Results

      The Object Attribute's value is cleared.

      Actual Results

      The Object Attribute's value is not changed.

      Workaround

      The broken Object References need to be removed, then the Import will work.
