Issue Summary

When opening an exported assets file via MS Excel, foreign characters appear in the object names, which have Japanese and English as the languages. However, the exported files correctly show in Google sheet and Numbers App in the Mac OS.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Assets object with both English and Japanese languages
2. Export the object via Assets UI
3. Open the exported file in MS Excel

Expected Results

Objects having both Japanese and English as their names should correctly show up in MS Excel as well.

Actual Results

Object names should be correctly displayed in Japanese.

Workaround

Open the exported file in Google Sheets.
