Issue Summary
A Failed to load Opsgenie Team error message is thrown while expanding an assets object custom field details on the issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an assets objects custom field pointing to the Services object schema and select the Service Owners attribute on the Object attributes to display on issue view: option.
- Create a service and associate it to a team on Service Owners.
- Add this service as the value of your custom field on a request and try expanding its details.
Expected Results
All details of the object should be successfully loaded.
Actual Results
The Service Owners detail isn't retrieved and the error message pops up on the screen:

Workaround
Remove the Service Owners attribute from the Object attributes to display on issue view: option in the custom field configuration.
