Incoming Call - option to leave the alert 'open' if a caller doesn't leave a voicemail

      User Problem

      As a customer using incoming call, the default option is to close the alert if the caller hangs up without leaving a voicemail. This setting can't be changed and isn't perfect for all customers.

      Suggested Solutions

      A toggle option on the incoming call integration to leave alerts open if a caller doesn't leave a voicemail would be great.

      Current Workarounds

      There aren't any simple workarounds currently. You could do something custom with OEC to create a new alert and then close it if there's a voicemail note on the original, but that may not be worth the effort.
