Notification for regular/scheduled maintenance

      Currently, as per the document Keep track of maintenance windows, we don't send maintenance notifications unless we need to deviate from the regular schedule.

      • Regular maintenance windows: We won't send maintenance notifications unless we need to deviate from the regular schedule.
      • Other types of maintenance: For other required maintenance, like urgent fixes, we'll notify you and other administrators through email or in-product notification.

      However, it is necessary to notify customers, specifically those who work on a 24/7 model, of downtime. This will help them plan their work during the downtime in advance.
