I'd like to create customer SLA reports with a user defined start date and end date

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      We have to create a monthly SLA report and thus I'd like to define exactly the start and end date of the reports.
      Currently, the reports are always defined using the current date as start date and some date in the past as end date.
