Issue Summary

Language support is available for Forms, and the entire form is displayed in the customer's preferred language, except for the description field toolbar options, which are not being translated.

For instance, when the language is set to French, these options still appear in English.

Issue does not occur in the project issue view, only in the Portal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch the language to French for the user, project, and instance.
2. Create a Form and link the Description Jira field within it.
3. Add the Description Form field to the Request form.

Expected Results

All fields and toolbar options should be displayed in the selected language (French).

Actual Results

The description field toolbar options remain in English, despite other parts of the form being translated.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
