Ability to allow Atlassian Intelligence Answers to access Attachments to allow summarize and generate answers for JSM Chat

      Similar as to what is advised in the following Feature Request:

      • AI-975 - Ability to allow Atlassian Intelligence to access Smart Links and attachments to allow summarize and generate answers for Ask AI

      it should be possible for the Atlassian Intelligence answers feature in the Virtual Service Agent related to Jira Service Management Chat (for both Microsoft Teams and Slack) to read documents (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel) attached to the articles in the Confluence Knowledge Base articles associated to the Service project, and generate answers based on the contents of such attachments.
