Issue Summary
When setting the fields via "Change request Type and Fields" the custom fields are not getting updated.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to Jira.
- Enable JSM chat and Virtual agent.
- Create an intent and the step "Change request Type and Fields".
- Add custom field you want to set.
- Ensure the "Additional Fields" JSON parameter correctly follows the specific field type formatting.
- Confirm that the custom field is also available on the Request type form.
Expected Results
Custom fields should update was per the value set in the configuration.
Actual Results
Custom fields do not get updated.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
